20 years ago, Flexicon sought to simplify sterile liquid filling for the BioPharma industry. Peristaltic technology had a great potential but did not meet the requirements for accuracy and reliability.
Today, the Flexicon technology has been imitated but remains unsurpassed. The reason is simple, the BioPharma industry is our focus and we understand the cGMP requirements better than most.
Our continuous product developments allow us to remain a world leader in providing the optimal solution for sterile liquid filling.
Flexicon focuses on small to medium size batch productions that require flexibility, high precision and efficiency. Our customers are pharmaceutical, biotech and diagnostics companies. Our offering covers stand-alone table top units for hand filling, semi-automatic systems and fully automated fillers with stoppering and capping functions.
The fully automated systems are customized to fit various containers such as glass vials, plastic bottles, test tubes, eye-drops or non-self standing micro tubes.
Flexicon America Inc. is a subsidiary of Flexicon A/S in Denmark, which has a large network of agents/distributors all over the world. Flexicon America is a sales and service company with development and manufacturing carried out at our Danish facility.
