VERY COMPACT
FP50 is a very compact aseptic tabletop filling system with integrated full or partial plugging of rubber stoppers (standard injection and lyophilisation plugs - 13 & 20 mm).
The machine requires a tabletop size of only 1.5 x 0.6 m and is ideal for
small-to-medium sized bio-pharma companies, laboratories and pharmaceutical
R&D departments.

EASY HANDLING AND CHANGE-OVER
As the stainless steel vibrator bowl is capable of handling both 13 mm and 20 mm plugs, change parts for plugs consist only of the chute, jaws and piston, which are easily exchanged. Adjustable working beam with centrally adjusted guides conveys vials between working stations. Thus no change parts are required for the entire vial range.
LAF / ISOLATOR
FP50 is designed to integrate into a LAF cabinet or an isolator. All materials and surfaces are designed to GMP standards for aseptic filling.
