Flexicon has developed FF30, which is a modular bottle handling and tightening system for bottles between 12 and
50 mm in diameter.
EASY TO CLEAN
All format parts are mounted by finger
screws and all surfaces, upon which the bottle stands are made of stainless steel.
CAPACITY 1,200 UNITS / HOUR
FF30 is ideal for small scale productions. A complete bottle and product change over can be performed in less than 10 minutes.
FILLING RANGE FROM 0.1 ML UP TO 100 ML WITH AN ACCURACY OF +/-0.5%
This flexibility is obtained only through the dimension of the tubing used in the peristaltic pump.
