DN20 - Fully automatic diving nozzle system

COMPACT AND USER-FRIENDLY
DN20 is a very compact and user-friendly filling nozzle support, which dive the nozzle into the bottle during the fill. It can be mounted onto any conveyor and can support up to 4 nozzles at a time.

COMBINATION WITH MULTI FILLING SYSTEM OR GATING SYSTEM
These combinations will create a fully automatic filling line for bottles of various sizes.

The Flexicon Multi Filling System can be a combination of MC12, PD12, PD22 and GD30I. It can consist of as many as 16 different units or 16 of the same machine type.

DN20 combined with EG20 creates a fully automatic filling line. This system is able to fill both liquids like water or more viscous products like shampoo or oil. This all depends on which of the pumps you choose from the Flexicon Multi Filling System. It is also possible to combine this system with pumps from other manufacturers. 

DN20 has to be combined with some kind of control system as it needs a start and a stop signal.
