OIL AND CREAM FILLING
DF32 features a new positive displacement pump, which is ideal
for filling high viscosity products such as oil or cream. DF32 can fill a variety of viscosities with
a high deference towards the product. Therefore,
the product will stay homogeneous.
PUMP HEAD
The pump head is designed for easy assembling and dismantling during
daily cleaning and maintenance.
COMBINED PUMP AND CONTROL UNIT
Complete control of the filling parameters, calibration, data log in etc. - everything done directly from the control panel on DF32.
FILLING RANGE FROM 10 ML - 5,000 ML
UP TO 2,000 FILLINGS PER HOUR
COMPATIBLE WITH PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTION
The pump head is manufactured out of materials such as AISI316 and PEEK.
